That said, this device is a gem. You get all the functions, features, design, and easy of use as in models costing $100 more. They even throw in a free windshield mount. How cool is that? I would definately recommend getting a carrying case though, since you'll be taking it off the windshield and throwing it in the glove box every time you stop in order to keep it hidden from theives. Buy this and you'll never have to hear "honey I think we're lost," or "nice 'short cut,' honey," or "can't we just stop and ask for directions"? That, my friends, is worth its weight in gold. This product works well, has large screen compared to most GPS units. Easy to use and can be carried for walking tours. Great for the big cities. We ordered one for our son also!
